Drain Timeout
If the wash water is not totally drained
within 4 minutes, the machine goes
into fault mode.
1. Check the pump and drains to ensure that
no blocked or distorted.
2. Check the electrical connections to the
pump, ensure that the pump is working.
3. Check pump resistance.
4. Check the water level switch is working
properly.
5. Check the control panel.

Overflow
If the overflow water level is detected,
the pump is turned on for 30 seconds,
this routine will be repeated 4 times.
After this, if the water level is still
overflowing, the program enters the
fault mode.
1. Check the drain pump and drain hose to
ensure that it is not blocked.
2. Check the wiring harness between the drain
pump, the water level switch and the control
panel.
3. According to the description of F03, check if
the drain pump works.
4. Check whether the inlet valve to closes
properly.
5. Check if the water level switch is working
properly.
6. Check the control panel.

Water Temperature Sensor Error
If the value of the water temperature
sensor (NTC) goes beyond the
permitted range, this error is
displayed.
1. Check the NTC resistance.
2. Check the connection between the NTC and
the control board.
3. Check the control panel.
F06
Motor Tachometer Fault
This error code displays when the
motor speed does not meet the
requirements of the CCU.
1. Check the connection between the motor
and the control board.
2. Check the motor.
3. Check the control board.
F07
Motor Internal Faults
If the machine detects an internal
fault, this error code will be displayed.
1. Check the wiring between the motor and
the control board.
2. Check the motor.
3. Check the control panel.
F11
CCU and Motor Communication
Failure
If the CCU cannot communicate with
the motor for 10 seconds, the main
relay turns off and on, alternately for
35 seconds. This process will repeat for
5 times, afterwards, the error code will
display.
1. Check the wiring harness between the
motor and the CCU.
2. Check the motor.
3. Check the CCU.

EEPROM Data Error (the data may be
corrupted)
If the CCU encounters an error while
reading the data from the EEPROM
If the CCU detects power fluctuations
and interferences repeatedly for 3
times, this error code will display.
Run the diagnostic on the board, once it’s
confirmed that the CCU still has power, try to
reprogram the EEPROM, this will run a full
reformat on the CUU, but if this does not
work, replace the CCU. Please note that when
programming EEPROM, do not use the wrong
HEX file.
