Service
If it becomes necessary to service the lightheads, the overall
process is as follows:
1. Turn off all power to the lightbar.
2. Remove the snap-in divider on either side of the
lighthead to be serviced (not applicable for the Vertex).
3. Remove the lighthead assembly from the extrusion and
disconnect the lighthead connector from the lightbar
harness.
4. Using these illustrations as a guide, dis-assemble the
bracketry to gain access to the lighthead for removal/
replacement.
5. Reverse this procedure for re-assembly.
