Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting the Television Function

•  Ensure the monitor has the television feature (included on the 18-inch monitors only).
•  Ensure the cable is connected. The connection is found on the front-left base of the Paramill. 

Troubleshooting the Wi-Fi Function 

•  Ensure Wi-Fi is set to “On” in the 

Setup screen. (See the Adjusting Settings section for details.)

•  Ensure there is an available Wi-Fi signal in the facility.
•  Ensure the monitor antenna is connected.

Troubleshooting Other Issues

Call Wheelers’ Paramill Customer Service at 1.855.727.2645 for troubleshooting the following 
scenarios or if there are additional concerns not covered in this manual.
