Option 2: Rolling Hills Workout

Action
1
When you selected
Rolling Hills and tapping Start (as described in Task 2), begin your
workout by pushing the wheels forward or backward.

Switch to locked mode by clicking
Unlocked, if desired.

Adjust the resistance “Level Bars” by tapping the
• red
+ sign to increase resistance, or
• blue
- sign to decrease resistance.
Do this for the
L (for left) and/or R (for right) level bars.
Note: In locked mode the level bars move in unison.

• To display either Facebook, YouTube, or TV (if available), go to Task 4: Playing Media.
• To end or pause your workout, go to Task 5: Ending / Pausing the Workout / Saving
Workout Data.
