Figure 23: Select Test Items
Note:
It’s recommended to select the Adult and Child modes of ECG
waveforms according to the adult and child modes of the DUT
respectively.
The DFS360 / DFS360D's max. voltage for receiving in Adult and
Child modes are 3000V and 1500V respectively.
I
f the DUT’s shock energy is less than 100J or 1500V, it’s
recommended to use the Child mode for clearer signals.
If the shock energy exceeds 1500V, the waveform may be cut
when using the Child mode, and test results may be inaccurate
because the shock energy exceeds the upper voltage limit.
2.
Click the Start button, and the DFS360 / DFS360D will start
sending the ECG signals to the AED / defibrillator. Users may
check the working status of the DFS360 / DFS360D by the Test
List.
3.
The AED will start analyzing the ECG signals and determine
whether a shock is needed. (This step is for inspecting AED
only.)
4.
If the AED determines that a shock is needed, follow the AED
instructions to give the shock. (This step is for inspecting AED
only.)
5.
Upon receiving the shock, the result and information will display
on the main screen.
