3.7
Trial operation
Prepare the machine for trial operation with the help of OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS. The instructions describe the measures that must be taken to
prepare the machine for operation.
3.7.1
Start-up schedule
This should be completed when the machine is started up and used.
Read the installation and user manuals carefully. Then check the following points:
1. Check:
•
Water and drain connections
•
That the machine is evenly balanced
•
Detergent and drying agent
•
The filter, filter tray and level pipe are in place
•
That the overheating protection device is reset
•
That bleeding of the booster pump has been carried out according to the
manual
2. Filling the machine:
•
Turn on the power switch and any circuit breakers
•
Press the machine’s control button ON/OFF
•
Close the hood
•
Bleed the booster pump
•
Bleed the hood lifting cylinder
•
Fill the machine with water as per the OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
•
Bleed the hood lifting cylinder
3. Start the machine:
•
Check the direction of rotation of the pumps
N.B.! If the direction of rotation is wrong, the phase must be inverted on the
lockable power switch
•
Empty the machine and refill it
•
Check the final rinse flow during filling
4. Check the setting of the reference values:
•
All the reference values have been set to the recommended values on
delivery
•
Check the temperatures
