3. The closer the unit is placed towards the measuring object, the
more accurate the measuring result will be. As long as you press
the measuring button, the laser beam lights up and shows the
exact measuring spot. When releasing the measuring button, the
result will be “frozen” on the display. The HOLD symbol (F) is
displayed below the measured value.
4. To switch off the unit, press the POWER button. The unit
automatically switches off after 2 minutes if no measurements
are taken.
Measuring Range
The unit is equipped with a distance factor (D/S) of 6:1. That means
e. g that the surface temperature of an item with a diameter of 10
cm will be metered accurately at a distance of 60 cm.
