Safety Notes
Please note the following safety notes to avoid
malfunctions, damage and physical injury:
Only for use in the EU. If you intend to use the units outside
the EU, inform yourself about applying local regulations.
These units are not suitable for use in applications in which
life or health depend on the function of radio equipment. Do
not use the units in areas in which the use of radio transmit-
ters is forbidden.
Keep the units out of reach of children.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are
not allowed to use the unit, unless they are supervised and
briefed for their safety by a qualified person.
Do not expose the units to direct sunlight, rain resp. humidity,
high temperatures, dust or strong magnetic fields. Do not
expose the units to strong vibration or strong mechanical
stress.
Do not use different types of batteries, or mix up rechargeable
and non-rechargeable or old and new batteries.
Do not disassemble, burn, or short-circuit batteries and do not
attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
Always use alkaline batteries as these will provide longer
service.
If do not plan to use the units for long periods of time, remove
the batteries. Replace only with the same type and dimension
of battery.
The units are designed for indoor use only.
The units do not contain parts serviceable by you. Do not
disassemble or attempt to repair it yourself.
