INSTALLATION

• 

Before installation, contact the qualified

 

technicians in local gas dealer or gas

 

manegement department to do the

 

installation. Any random or improper

 

installation will affect the safety use of

 

the machine or even damage users life.

• 

If the flue type gas water heather installs

 

a flue, it is strictly prohibited to open

 

the mechanical ventilation equipment like

 

the cooker hood and ventilation fan in

 

rooms that are installed or connected

 

through when it is in operation.

Installation requirements

• 

Do not install the water heater in bedroom,

 

basement, bathroom, or rooms under bad

 

ventilation condition. The room for

 

installation shall be well ventilated and

 

above 6m2 in area. A ventilation hole

 

as well as an exhaust hole must be drilled

 

in the wall, for venting purpose. The

 

ventilation fan shall be installed on top

 

of the water heater, and the venting hole

 

shall be at the level lower than the water

 

heater. (Fig.3)

• 

The flame-check window of the water

 

heater shall be at the level of eyes (about

 

1.55m-1.65m above the floor. Fig.4), kept

 

away from the inflammables (Fig. 5).

 

Nothing could be installed or put within

 

500mm under the gas water heater at 

 

vertical level. No line, electric equipment

 

shall be put overhead of the water heater.

 

The heater shall be kept at least 400mm

 

far from electronics at horizontal level.

• 

Do not install the water heater where

 

strong wind blows, or it can cause

 

flameout or incomplete combustion.
