Turn the motor through 90

with the
aid of the hoist.
•
Prevent part from overturning and
rolling away.

Fit the assembled centrifugal clutch
on the motor shaft end.
•
Pay attention to the feather key
groove.
•
Arrest the clutch driver 1 with an
open-ended wrench.
•
Insert plate 2 - as shown - and
•
screw hex head screw 3 (M 10x200)
together with hexagon nut 4 (M10)
into the motor shaft end.

Pull the centrifugal clutch onto the
motor shaft end as far as it will go,
by turning hexagon nut 4 with a
second open-ended wrench.
