Operating Instructions
• Allow for at least 10 cm of space round the product to ensure proper ventilation.
Speaker Connection
Connect the speaker cables (19) to the corresponding port on the back of the set.
Make sure that the colour of the cable matches the port: red cable to red port, black
to black.
Basic Functions
Switching On The Unit
Press the ON/OFF button (1) to switch the set on. The power indicator (4) lights up.
Adjust The Volume
Adjust the volume by turning the volume control (2).
Bass Boost
Press the BASS BOOST button (7) to boost the low frequency tone for an emphasized bass sound.
Headphones
A headphone jack (10) has been provided. To use it, plug in headphones (3.5mm connector/32ohm)
available at your local dealer and adjust the VOLUME control (2) to a comfortable listening level.
When external headphones are connected, the sound to the unit's main speakers (20) will be muted.
Radio
1. Set the function switch (11) to AM, FM or FM ST. to select the desired waveband.
2. For FM reception fully unwind the wire antenna (22). In AM mode, move the entire set for best reception
as the unit has an integrated AM antenna.
