If pieces of wood or foreign objects become jammed in the machine, turn off the
electric planer and wait until the blade shaft (17) has come to standstill. Then pull
the plug and remove the wooden object.

Always switch off the machine and pull the plug when taking a break, when not in
use or during maintenance.
▪
Do not operate the machine with blunt or damaged blades. Blunt or damaged
blades may kick back and should be replaced immediately.
▪
Only use original replacement parts.
▪
Always keep the machine clean, dry and free from oil or dirt.
▪
Periodically check all nuts, bolts and other fixings and tighten where necessary.
▪
Do not operate the machine if it does not work properly or is damaged. Do not
disassemble it and do not try to repair it yourself. In the case of problems contact
the customer support department.
