Usage
3. Pull the blade carrier back and close the transparent cover. Now pluck the
power plug in and turn the unit on.
The unit will only operate with the
transparent cover closed.
The correct rotating direction will be set
automatically by the machine.
4. Carefully guide one tooth against the spinning grinding disc by moving the
blade carrier. Do not use too much force. Grind the tooth and then move on to
the next tooth until you have ground all the accessible cutting surfaces of the
teeth in range.
5. Stop the machine and pull the power plug. Loosen the retaining screws (2)
and slide the blade through the blade carrier until the remaining teeth can be
ground. After that, proceed to grind the remaining teeth.
6. Stop the machine and remove the blade from the blade carrier and turn it
around to be able to grind the corresponding cutting surfaces on the other side
of the blade.
7. After all cutting surfaces matching the set angle have been ground, shift the
blades to expose the remaining cutting surfaces. Reattach the blade to the
blade carrier.
8. Open the transparent cover, loosen the adjusting screws on the motor
support, turn the motor so the grinding disc faces to the other side and
readjust the grinding disc for the remaining cutting surfaces. After that, close
the transparent cover and proceed as above. The correct rotating direction is
set by the machine automatically.
Replacing the Grinding Disc
If the grinding disc is damaged in any way, causes vibration or is worn out, it
should be replaced. Proceed as follows:
