Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunc-
tions, damage or physical injury:

Please make sure the mains voltage available in your area
corresponds to the operating voltage stated on the type label.

The device must not be used by children from 0
– 8 of age. The
device can be used by children from 8 years and above, if they
are constantly supervised. The device can be used by persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and/or knowledge when they have been given super-
vision or instruction concerning the safe use of the device and
understand the resulting risks. The device and its connecting
cable should be kept away from children younger than 8 years.
Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by
children.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with this device.

Before the first use thoroughly clean the yoghurt container with
hot water.

Clean the Yoghurt maker with a damp cloth only. The containers
are dishwasher-safe.

Use the yoghurt maker only as described in this manual. Never
operate the unit without the lid.

Always place the device on an even surface during use. Do not
place the device in the sink or on the drying tray next to the sink.

Do not leave the device unattended. Keep children away from
the device and power cord while in operation.

Do not allow the power cord to ride over sharp edges or corners
or close to hot surfaces.

Before cleaning the device, always disconnect the power plug
from the socket. Do not unplug the plug from the socket by
pulling the power cord, always grasp the power plug.
