Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:

Please read this manual carefully and use the device only
according to this manual.

Dispose of used packaging material carefully or store it out of the
reach of children. There is a danger of suffocation!

Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the device, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a
qualified person.

The pruner does not belong in the hands of children. Be especially careful
when using the tree pruner while children are close by. Store the pruner out
of reach of children.

Caution risk of injuries! Do not touch the blade of the pruner.

When not using the tree pruner, lock the blade.

Protect the pruner from moisture and persistent dirt.

Only cut wood and vine shoots with the pruner. Do not cut any other
material.

Do not exceed the max. cutting thickness for dry wood and for
soft, fresh branches.

Do not use the tree pruner on a ladder. There is danger of falling
due to double-handed work.

Wear protective clothing such as safety helmet,
protective goggles, gloves and sturdy shoes.

Do not operate the unit in the vicinity of
electrical power lines. Have sufficient distance to above ground
electrical lines.
