Make sure the voltage corresponds to the type label on the
machine.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are
not allowed to use the machine, unless they are supervised
and briefed for their safety by a qualified person.
Supervise closely when the machine is used near children.
Keep bystanders out of range of the machine.
Wear suitable clothing and use safety glasses
and a dusk mask.
Always pull the power plug before undertaking cleaning or
maintenance work or making adjustments to the machine.
Always use the bridge guard (7) when operating the machine.
Never remove the safety covers on the machine except for
servicing and repair work.
The safety covers must be intact at all times. Before each
use, fasten and secure the safety covers at the points provid-
ed.
Do not use the attached parts to lift the machine.
Before every use check the knives. Damaged or dull knives
must be replaced immediately.
After mounting new knives rotate the knife block manually to
check if it rotates freely.
Open the bridge guard only as much as needed for the
workpiece.
Always use the push blocks to feed the stock over the knife
block. Keep hands and fingers away from the rotating knife
block. Position yourself to the side of the workpiece.
