Dismounting the Knives
Clamp Screws
Latch Knife Block Knife
Important: Always pull the power plug from mains before
changing the knives.
1. Remove the parallel stop (2).
2. Pull the bridge guard (7) away from the table so the entire
knife block is exposed.
3. Loosen the clamp
screws by turning
clockwise.
4. Turn the knife
block so that the
latch can be pulled
out with the knife.
5. Clean all parts and
the knife slots in
the knife block.
6. Fit the latch with the new knife and align them with the side of
the knife block.
Adjusting the Knives
1. Place the knife adjustment gauge (15) on the surface of the
planing table (1). Ensure that the knife touches both sides of
the knife adjustment
gauge.
2. Tighten the clamp
screws counter-
clockwise.
3. Push the bridge
guard (7) to its origi-
nal position so that
the knife is covered.
