Safety Notes
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a
qualified person.
Keep the air polisher out of reach of children and persons in need of
supervision.
Only use this unit according to this instruction manual and for the intended
use. The unit has not been designed for continuous, professional use.
Keep the machine out of the reach of children.
For your own safety it is not recommended to use a permanent connection
between the air polisher and the air hose, but use the supplied quick coupling
adaptor instead.
Always control the working air pressure with a pressure regulator.
The air polisher causes a high sound pressure level. Wear
appropriate hearing protection. Wear personal protective
clothing such as safety goggles.
Do not use oxygen or flammable gases as power source. Only use clean, dry
air of at least 6 bar with the air polisher. Exceeding the max. permitted
pressure level of 8 bar will significantly reduce the lifetime of the tool.
Disconnect the tool from the air supply before applying maintenance work or
mounting the hook and loop disc.
Check all connections and hoses for firm seat and proper functionality. Loose
hoses can create a serious risk of injury. Only use safety couplings.
Check the unit for any damages and do not use the air polisher if it has been
damaged.
Avoid abnormal posture. Make sure you have a firm foothold and you always
hold the balance.
Be attentive! Pay attention to what you are doing. Approach your work with
circumspection.
Do not use the unit when your reactivity is affected by alcohol consumption,
medication, drugs, illness or tiredness. One moment of abstraction operating
the unit can cause grave injuries.
