approx. 1 mm between the rack and the gearwheel (see the
drawing on page 10, note

) and fix the rack with the self-
securing screws.
The rack must be positioned absolutely horizontal on the gear-
wheel. Never use fat or other lubricating agents between the
gearwheel and the rack!
5. Adjust the other racks, too. Make sure the teeth of the racks
engage the gearwheel throughout their full thickness. If not, re-
adjust the position of the sliding gate opener! When mounting
the racks make sure that the transitions between the individual
toothed racks are smooth to ensure uniform gate movement.
6. Protect the sliding gate opener from entering humidity with the
included rubber plug. If necessary seal all openings by using
silicone.
7. Re-engage the emergency release with the included releasing
key. For doing this, turn the key clockwise to 90°.
8. If the positions of the racks and the sliding gate opener are
correct, fix the sliding gate opener on the concrete pad and re-
tighten the cover on the motor housing.
