Emergency Release 

– Manual Operation of the Sliding Gate 

Before  mounting  the  nylon  racks  (not  included  in  delivery), 
disengage  the  gearwheel  of  the  sliding  gate  opener  by  using  the 
included  releasing  key  (4).  By  doing  this  proper  function  of  the 
sliding  gate  opener  and  the  correct  position  of  the  magnet  limit 
switch can be checked. 

 

1.  For releasing the sliding gate opener, first remove the cap. 

2.  Insert  the  included  releasing  key  into  the  lock  and  turn  the  key 

90° counter clockwise.  

3.  Now you can turn the gearwheel by hand. 

 

Make  sure  that  during  releasing  resp.  locking  the  gearwheel  the 
sliding  gate  will  not  be  operated  accidentally  by  an  unexpected 
impulse. 

1.  Unscrew the screws from the housing of the sliding gate opener 

and remove the cover.  

2.  Mount the sliding gate opener on a trial basis on concrete pad. 

3.  Disengage  the  sliding  gate  opener  by  using  the  included 

releasing  key.  For  mounting  the  nylon  racks,  close  the  gate  by 
hand. 

4.  Place  the  rack  on  the  gearwheel  of  the  sliding  gate  opener.
