Using
The peeling-depth can be adjusted with the wing screw (5). Move the peeling
blade into the desired direction after loosening the wing screw. The further the
peeling blade is pushed out, the more skin will be removed.
Slicing and coring
1. To slice and core the apple without peeling it, pull
down the peeling blade holder and switch the latching
lever (7) up to 180 degrees until it locks. The peeling
blade holder can remain now in the pulled-out
position.
2. Push an apple, stern end first, to the prongs and turn
the crank clockwise until the apple is sliced and cored
completely.
Peeling
1. To peel an apple without slicing and coring it, pull
back the shaft. Loosen the wing screw of the
coring/slicing blade (4) and push the blade aside.
2. Use the wing screw (5) to adjust the desired peeling
depth. Turn the crank clockwise until the apple is peeled completely.
Cleaning and Storing
After each use, clean all parts of the apple peeler and attach the protection
cover to the prongs.
Clean all parts of the apple peeler with warm soapy water and rinse all parts
thoroughly. Dry well before using again. Do not clean the apple peeler in the
dishwasher and do not immerse it into water.
Do not use aggressive chemicals or abrasives in order not to damage the
surfaces. Store the apple peeler out of reach of children.
