Using

For clamping the wire into the unit, open the
wire stretcher by pushing the lever in direction
to the arrow. By doing this, the clamp will
slightly open.
For releasing the handle, push the lever as far
as it will go in direction to the arrow (step 1).
Push the lever down (step 2). By doing this,
the mechanism will slide down. Now
the handle can be re-engaged to the
desired position.
To Stretch the Wire
1. First hook the wire into
the clamping hook (A).
2. Position
the
second
clamping hook (B) against
the post.
3. Move the lever several
times in order to transport
the wire towards the post. As soon as the wire is tensioned enough,
securely fasten the wire around the post. Now remove the wire
stretcher.
