Turning ON/OFF and adjusting the Speed
To turn ON the screwdriver, press the ON/OFF switch (7) and keep the switch
pressed. The deeper the switch is pressed, the faster the screwdriver will run.
To turn off the screwdriver, release the ON/OFF switch.
If desired, the ON/OFF switch can be locked in position by pressing the locking
knob (8). To turn off the screwdriver, press the ON/OFF switch briefly and than
release it. The locking knob will disengage and will release the ON/OFF
switch.
The speed can be adjusted with the speed control (6). The speed can adjusted
infinitely in the range from 0 – 2500 rpm in order to adapt it for processing
various materials and applications.
Adjusting the Rotating Direction
The rotating direction can be reversed only while the motor is at a complete
standstill. Turn the rotating direction lever (5) in the desired position

Cleaning and Maintenance
Before undertaking any work on the machine, pull the power plug.
Use a dry of lightly moistened cloth to clean the unit. Do not use cleaning
agents with aggressive chemicals as these will damage the housing of the
unit.
Do not allow liquids of any kind to enter the unit and do not immerse the
unit in liquids of any kind.
Always keep the ventilation louvers clean and free from foreign objects.
For thoroughly cleaning the setting ring, pull the setting ring (2) forward
and completely unscrew.
After longer periods of non-use or when working at temperatures below
freezing, let the machine run for a few moments without load to spread the
lubricants in motor and transmission.
Repairs, inspections of the interior of the unit, adjustments and
replacement of the carbon brushes must only be undertaken by a qualified
person. Use only recommended spare parts!
