Please read this manual carefully and use the unit only accord-
ing to this manual.
Before using the vacuum cleaner, please check the operating
manual of your vehicle and inform yourself about the maximum
permitted connected load of your cigarette lighter socket or your
boat’s supply system socket!
Only use the provided accessories. Non-original accessories can
cause irreparable damage to the appliance.
Do not use to suck up liquids or burning or glowing substances.
Do not block the suction tube. Keep it free from dust, lint, hair,
and anything else that might block the airflow. Keep hair, loose
clothing, fingers and other body parts out of openings and away
from moving parts.
Never operate the vacuum cleaner without a filter.
Never use the unit in moist environments and store it in a dry
place.
Make sure that you never direct the suction opening at people or
animals. Keep the appliance away from small children.
Please note that if you use the appliance for a long period of
time (current consumption 13 A), your car battery could run
down which will result in starting problems.
Please note that on most vehicles the cigarette lighter socket or
boat’s supply system socket is only switched on when the igni-
tion is turned on. If not using the appliance, please remove the
plug from the socket in order to avoid the battery running down
as a result of the appliance being switched on inadvertently.
In the event of any damage to the appliance or the connecting
lead, do not continue using the appliance and have it repaired by
a qualified technician.
The unit does not contain any parts serviceable by you. Do not
disassemble it and do not try to repair it yourself. Contact our
customer support service.
