Safety Notes 

ƒ

  Only use the barbeque grill outdoors. Do not use the grill indoors or in roofed 

areas. 

ƒ

  Place the barbeque grill on a firm, level ground away from wooden objects, 

overhanging trees, or other flammable objects.  

ƒ

  Do not use alcohol, gasoline or ethyl alcohol for lighting up! Only use charcoal 

or briquette when grilling.  

ƒ

  Keep children or pets out of reach of the grill. Do not leave the lit barbeque 

grill unsupervised. 

ƒ

  After the charcoal is lit, the grill becomes very hot. Use proper oven mitts and 

barbeque utensils. Avoid skin contact with all metal surfaces of the grill. 

ƒ

  Before using the grill for the first time, heat up the fuel for at least 30 minutes 

until the charcoal starts to anneal and then place the grill food on the grid. 

ƒ

  ATTENTION! The grill becomes very hot during operation. Do not move the 

grill. 

Operating 

1.  Place some charcoal pieces in the middle of the grill. 
2.  Add some firelighter tablets among the charcoal. Preferably use firelighters 

that are without odour and burn long-lasting. Never use spirit, benzene or 
other flammable liquids. 

3.  Light up the firelighter tablets and wait until the charcoal anneal. 
4.  Distribute the charcoal with a suitable barbeque tongs and add more char-

coal. The max. amount of fuel to be used is 1.7 kg. Do not overfill the grill and 
avoid big fires. Only burn just enough charcoal to cook your grill food. 

5.  Do not place the grill food on the grid, not unit the fuel has a coating of ash. 
6.  Always be heedful and use common sense when using the grill. Do not drink 

alcohol while cooking.
