The following procedures will be used for all 1, 2 and 3 Platen Garland “Product Recognition” Clam
Grills WITH THE CONTROL PANEL SHOW BELOW. These procedures should be followed in
sequence.
1.
PRESS and HOLD the
button for 3 seconds. Controller will display previously selected
menu item and item number.
2.
PRESS the
button until “Opt menu #-CLAM” is displayed.
3.
PRESS the
button. The controller will display “PRODUCT”.
4.
PRESS and HOLD the
button. The currently selected menu item name will begin to
flash.
5.
To spell out the “RECOVERY” menu item:
a.
Use the
or
arrow buttons to change the first displayed character to
begin naming this program (e.g. “R”).
b.
PRESS the
or
to scroll to the previous or next character position
