Cleaning the Pressure Cooker
Remove all labels and wash all parts in hot water. The pot can be placed in a
dishwasher. Do not place the lid and the sealing ring in the dishwasher.
To avoid water drops on the surfaces, dry all parts well before storing the
pressure cooker. Never store the pressure cooker with closed lid because
there is no air circulation.
Do not clean the parts with aggressive chemicals, abrasives or metal objects
in order not to damage the surfaces.
Replace the sealing ring if the ring is worn or damaged. If excessive water
drops appear during cooking process, the sealing ring has to be changed.
According to frequent use, replace the sealing ring once a year. Discolouring
on the sealing ring does not impact the function.
Only use original sealing rings to avoid damages. You can order suitable
