5. Flip the lever (3) up to 180 degrees (in direction of
the arrow) so that the suction cup can adhere on the
desktop and the device cannot move during opera-
tion.
6. Carefully insert the suitable attachment (5 resp. 6)
for the inserted blade into the provided place on the
pusher (9).
7. Tilt the attachment lock (8) in order to
fix the attachment.
8. Place the food to be cut into the food
slicer between pusher and blade. Press
down the handle (1) so the pusher will
move the food through the blade. The
food will be cut into uniform slices.
Unsuitable Food
Too soft food, such as tomatoes or overripe fruits, etc. is
not suitable to be cut with he food slicer.
Cleaning and Storing
Clean the food slicer thoroughly after each use.
Rinse with water and detergent.
Do
not clean the food slicer in the dishwasher.
Do not use aggressive chemical or abrasive in order
not do damage the surfaces.
Store the food slicer out of reach of children.
