Operation
tighten the end nut (4) on the drive shaft (see figure B). Insert the
locking bolt (13) in the corresponding recess (5) of the tool holder to
lock it while screwing on the end nut.
6.
Before work, perform a short test run under no load.
Installing/Changing Interleafed Flap Wheels, Grinding Stones, Fibre
Surface Prep Pads
The 10 mm drill chuck (15) is required to install
the interleafed flap wheels, the grinding stones or
the fibre surface prep pads.
1.
Before you install/change a sanding tool,
remove the compressed air sander from the
air supply.
2.
Screw the drill chuck (15) clockwise on the
thread of the drive shaft of the compressed air
sander (figure C). Insert the locking bolt (13)
in the corresponding recess (5) of the tool
holder while screwing on the drill chuck.
Secure the drill chuck with the securing screw
on the drive shaft.
3.
To prepare the fibre surface prep pads, first
screw the shaft on the rear of the pad holder
(7) resp. (8). Now screw the desired fibre
surface prep pad (17) resp. (18) clockwise on
the pad holder (figure D).
4.
Depending on the operation purpose, insert
the interleafed flap wheel (6), the desired
grinding stone (16) or the prepared pad holder
(see point 3) into the drill chuck.
5.
Use the drill chuck key (14) to securely tighten the tool in the drill chuck
(figure E). Before work, perform a short test run under no load.
Start-up
The compressed air sander is equipped with an R ¼“ air inlet (2). For
your own safety it is not recommended to use a permanent connection
