Mounting
For mounting the tool cart you will need a large slot screwdriver and one
open-end wrench in the size 13 (not included).
Please read the manual thoroughly before mounting the tool cart. Remove
all parts from the packaging and check if all parts are complete. Please
note the tool cart will be delivered partly assembled.
Mount the tool cart as shown in the drawing on page
III
. Make sure the
holes in the base plate (1) fits into the provided bars of the frame. If
necessary, turn over the base plate.
Connect the tow bar (7) with the axle
(17) and tighten the nut with the open-
end wrench of the size 13 and the slot
screwdriver.
Open the plastic ring of the tow bar lock
(18) and insert the metal ring on the
axle. Fasten the axle by inserting the
metal pin through the axle and the metal
ring.
Insert the braces (5) through the front
and rear axles (17). First place the
washers (11) and then the tyres (6) on
the braces. Finally attach the tyre caps (16) on the tyres and press firmly
until they lock in place. If desired, remove the protective foil from the tyre
caps.
The side parts (2) can be loosely inserted through the opening in the base
plate into the provided frame. The front and rear panels (3) are loosely slid
through the guides of the side parts. By doing this the tool cart can be
mounted and dismounted within minutes and transported in a space
saving matter.
