The different types of external time synchronisation sources shall be connected to the Sync
terminal (Fig. Back plate) according to:
1/2 minute and 1/1 minute impulse (sync or slave)
Signal source Sync terminal (Fig. back plate)

In this configuration the 3-wire jumper (Fig. Clock backside) must be left open (not connected).
Radio signal, 2-wire connection
Synchronisation terminal Signal source

In this configuration the 3-wire jumper (Fig. Clock backside) must be open (not installed).

Connect 2 and 4.
In this configuration the 3-wire jumper (Fig. Clock backside) must be closed (connected).
