9-MANUTENZIONE - MAINTENANCE
La manutenzione della macchina può essere
effettuata solo da personale qualificato e istruito.
Prima
di
effettuare
qualunque
intervento
di
manutenzione sulla macchina, assicurarsi che
l’alimentazione generale sia disinserita e che non
possa essere inserita involontariamente. Assicurarsi
che il motore sia fermo prima di rimuovere la griglia
frontale dell’unità.
Il motore, la batteria e la pompa di scarico non
necessitano di manutenzione ordinaria. Il filtro invece
richiede una pulizia periodica.
Maintenance of the machine can only be carried out
by qualified and trained personnel.
Before carrying out any maintenance on the
machine, make sure that the general power supply is
switched off and that it cannot be switched on
unintentionally. Make sure that the motor is stopped
before removing the front grill of the unit.
The motor, coil and drain pump do not require routine
maintenance. The filter instead requires periodic
cleaning.
9.1-Filtro - filter
Il filtro deve essere periodicamente pulito, ogni 6 mesi
o più spesso se l’ambiente è polveroso. Può essere
pulito con l’aspirapolvere o sbattuto lievemente. Se il
filtro è danneggiato o troppo sporco, è necessario
sostituirlo.
Non utilizzare l’unità se il filtro è danneggiato,
eccessivamente sporco o assente.
Per accedere al filtro, rimuovere la griglia svitando le
due viti M4 descritte nel paragrafo “Installazione della
griglia”. Il filtro è collocato nella parte posteriore della
griglia, dal lato degli attacchi idraulici.
Il bordo del filtro è realizzato con un tondino di acciaio
elastico; premere dolcemente i bordi per sganciarlo
dalle lamiere che lo agganciano alla griglia.
Dopo avere pulito o sostituito il filtro, riposizionare tutti
i componenti.
The filter must be periodically cleaned, every 6
months or more often if the environment is dusty. It
can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner or lightly
beaten. If the filter is damaged or too dirty, it must be
replaced.
Do not use the unit if the filter is damaged,
excessively dirty or absent.
To access the filter, remove the grill by unscrewing
the two M4 screws described in the paragraph
"Installing the grill". The filter is located in the rear
part of the grill, on the side of the hydraulic
connections.
The edge of the filter is made with an elastic steel
rod; gently press the edges to release it from the
plates that hook it to the grid.
After cleaning or replacing the filter, replace all the
components.
