4.4  Technical Support 

Western Multiplex provides 24-hour telephone technical support for installed 

Lynx

 radios. Customers 

are encouraged to troubleshoot the radio and link in accordance with the latter part of this section in 
this manual before contacting Western Multiplex. Western Multiplex also has a limited supply of 

Lynx

 radios that can be loaned to out-of-service customers for installation while units are being 

repaired. Loaner supply is limited, and is only used for critical applications on a first-come, first-
served basis.
