limiting
is
a
form
of
flow
control

enforce
a
strict
bandwidth
limit

a
port.

can
program
separate
transmit
(Egress
Rule)
and
receive
(Ingress
Rule)
rate
limits
at
each
port,
and
even
apply
the
limit
to
certain
packet
types
as
described
below.

1Mbps

fast
Ethernet
ports

gigabit
Ethernet
ports.

the
rate
is

is
“8”

stands
for
disabling
the
rate
control
for
the

Trunking
Port
Trunking
configuration
allows
you
to
group
multiple
Ethernet
ports
in
parallel
to
increase
link
bandwidth.
The
aggregated
ports
can
be
viewed
as
one
physical
port
so
that

bandwidth

higher
than
merely
one
single
Ethernet
port.
The
member
ports
of
the
same
trunk
group
can
balance
the
loading
and
backup
for
each
