Note 1:
All 16-bit command codes must be sent to the unit for minimum of five seconds in order to provision the unit. In order to see a bit-error response from the unit, the command code
must be present for a minimum of 20 seconds. The unit will respond to the command with bit errors after the 20-second time frame.
