This Service Guide is designed as a reference tool to help pinpoint service needs of the Wessel-Werk TK 
286 Turbo Brush. 
 
 

Required Tools

  #10 Torx Screw Driver 

 

o

  Medium Flat Head Screw Driver 

 
 
Common Spare Parts 

o

  Brush Assembly Complete 

o

  Geared Belt 

o

  Front Wheel with axel 

o

  Rear Wheel with Axel 

o

  Clean-out door 

o

  Pivot Arms 

 

Warning! 

o

  Do not over tighten screws as screw holes can become stripped. 

o

  When refastening screws always use the original thread pitch of the screw hole.  Failure to use 

the original screw orientation will likely drill-out material and strip hole. 

o

  Easiest way to find the original thread orientation is by counter rotating the screw before turning 

the screw into the hole. 

o

  Manually replace screws!  Use of a power screw driver is not recommended for reassembly.
