Sensors for Roller Conveyor Systems

NOTE!
The function cannot be used when the “Automatic Block Discharge” or “Eco Block 
 Discharge” mode is activated.

Loading Delay
This function is used to load the conveyor system with material by means of a hoist. Conveyance of the 
object is activated in a delayed fashion in this case, for example in order to be able to remove the forks of a 
forklift before activation.

Activation of accumulation logic is delayed for a specified period of time.
Duration can be adjusted with the software.
Setting range: 0 to 25 seconds
Default setting: function deactivated

Unloading Delay
This function is used to unload the conveyor system with material by means of a hoist. Follow-up forwarding 
of upstream accumulation locations is activated in a delayed manner, for example in order to be able to fully 
unload the object before following objects are conveyed.

Activation of accumulation logic is delayed for a specified period of time.
Duration can be adjusted with the software.
Setting range: 0 to 25 seconds
Default setting: function deactivated
