Download Bandwidth: specify total bandwidth for download (unit:
kbps). 0 indicates no limitation.
Upload Bandwidth: specify total bandwidth for upload (unit: kbps).
0 indicates no limitation.
Maximum Bandwidth and Reserved Bandwidth:
Setup Method: bandwidth control method, percentage or specify
the required bandwidth
Percentage: define percentage of total bandwidth to be used.
priority 1: highest priority percentage
priority 2: Normal priority percentage
priority 3: low priority percentage
