Safety work macro code
Use flow-through metal frame
1) Mobile access tower, which can only be built or dismantled by qualified trainees
2) The top guardrail frame of the mobile access tower shall not be less than 950 mm
and not more than 1150 mm. The height of the guardrail in the middle shall not be less
than 450 mm and shall not be higher than 600 mm. The height of the skirting board shall
not be lower at 200 mm, the platform of the workbench must be sealed and stabilized.
3) Mobile access tower must be inspected before they can be used.
4) To ensure that the mobile access tower is adjusted to balance and stability, the
frame components must be tightly fastened to prevent loosening due to shocks. At the
same time, we must ensure that the ground is level, there is no recess, no height and
inequality. The ground needs to be able to load the weight of the tower.
5) The overall structure of the mobile access tower shall be stable. Refer to the manu-
facturer's plan when constructing. If necessary, other stable equipment such as: diagonal
brace, stabilizer should be added.
6) Damaged flow-through metal frame must be immediately stopped and notified to
the superior.
7) The frame shall be moved to ensure that the personnel on the mobile access tower
have left and returned to the ground. When moving the tower, move all the materials and
tools on the rack back to the ground to move the frame and make sure all nearby employ-
ees are in a safe position.
8) The platform of the mobile access tower shall not be overloaded, and the materials
and debris on the platform shall be cleaned frequently.
9) It is not allowed to climb outside the platform of the mobile access tower.
10) Each mobile access tower shall be marked with a specific reference number and
the general rules for the manufacturer, and the number shall be on the valid document for
inspection.
11) Beware of horizontal and vertical loads (e.g. power tools, wind loads) which could
generate instability.
