Switch the device on / off
Press the button at the right side of the device (= A) for approx. 3 sec.
Default setting of device: ARM (body area), SLIM (programme), LOW (intensity)
Choose body area
Press „Button A” each time shortly to select (approx. 1 sec.)
• arms (ARM) • waist (WAI) • abdomen (ABD)
• buttocks (BUT) • hip (HIP) • legs (LEG)
Choose treatment programme
Press the button on the left side of the device (= B) each time shortly (approx. 1 sec.)
Default setting of device: RF-programme SLIM
For further RF programmes:
For EMS programmes:
1x = RF SHAPE
3x = EMS SMTH
2x = RF STRET
4x = EMS FIRM
5x = EMS LIFT
Choose intensity
Press „Button B” each time for approx. 2 sec.:
