11 Two-year guarantee
Dear Customer,
Thank you for deciding to purchase one of our products. For

of high-grade materials and careful workmanship. We give two
years’ guarantee from the date of purchase (invoice date) in the
event of defects in the quality of the product.
In addition to your contractual and statutory guarantee rights,
Wella offers you a manufacturer’s guarantee on the following
terms:
This manufacturer’s guarantee applies for two years from the date
of purchase. It applies to deficiencies (errors, defects) that are due
to faults in materials or workmanship.
Our manufacturer’s guarantee excludes:
deficiencies caused by incorrect operation, normal wear and tear,
incorrect interference with the product by unauthorised persons,
