Preparing for commissioning
•
Put all BiConnect components into operation in order to use
the BiSens Agido-3V product protection sensor!
•
Please note that the awning can be extended and retracted
using the handheld transmitter.
•
Put the conventional sun and wind sensor into operation, if
available. After pressing the
WINd key
(= UP key), the sun
protection unit must retract upwards (into the housing). After
pressing the SUN key (= DOWN key), the sun protection unit
must extend down (into the sun protection position).
• Fully retract the awning!
caution personal injury!
Risk of injury due to unintentional retraction of the
awning! Disconnect the awning from the power supply
to prevent the awning from retracting unintentionally
while the BiSens Agido-3V is opening!
•
Open the housing! Loosen the two hexagon socket screws (TX20)
and take the top part off! Pay attention to the seal !
Operating elements
•
Check that the batteries are correctly inserted
•
Familiarise yourself with all the operating elements in the
BiSens Agido-3V (see figure below).
Indicator light
Meaning
Orange (1x)
Agido-3V is in bidirectional mode; Agido
has been programmed or can be paired
to a bidirectional receiver.
Orange light
flashes (4x)
Agido-3V is not paired to a receiver.
The sensor can be paired bidirectionally
or unidirectionally depending on the
receiver.
Orange light
flashes fast (6x)
Agido-3V is now being paired bidirec-
tionally. A pre-programmed receiver can
only be used after it has been paired to
a device.
Green (1x)
Agido-3V is in unidirectional mode and
can only be paired to a unidirectional
receiver.
Switch on the power supply again for commissioning,
programming and adjusting the sensitivity level.
