70. Press the two Shroud Covers (26) onto the Right
Front Shroud (15), which has a shorter opening
than the Left Front Shroud (not shown). Attach
the Shroud to the Right Top Frame (7) and the
Right Base (1) with four M6 x 22mm Bolts (109),
four M6 Washers (132), and four M6 Nylon
Locknuts (135).
Do not tighten the Locknuts
yet. Attach the Left Front Shroud (not shown)
in the same manner.
Attach a Side Shroud (44) to the right Rear
Shroud (25) with five M5 x 9mm Screws (141),
five M5 Washers (142).
Attach the Side Shroud (44) to the Right Front
Shroud (15) in the same manner.
Tighten the
eight M6 Nylon Locknuts (135).
Attach the other three Side Shrouds (44) to
the Front Shrouds (15, 143 [not shown]) and
Rear Shrouds (25) in the same manner.

71. Make sure that all parts have been properly tightened. The use of the remaining parts will be explained in
ADJUSTMENTS, beginning on the following page.
Before using the weight system, pull each cable a few times to make sure that the cables move smoothly
over the pulleys. If one of the cables does not move smoothly, find and correct the problem.
IMPORTANT: If
the cables are not properly installed, they may be damaged when heavy weight is used. See the
CABLE DIAGRAMS on pages 28 and 29 of this manual for proper cable routing. If there is any slack
in the cables, you will need to remove the slack by tightening the cables. See MAINTENANCE on
page 30.
