Cooling System Disassembly and Assembly

7.1.1 Cooling System Exploded View

The cooling system ensures that the engine can operate at the proper operating temperature.

Forced circulation cooling is most effective at keeping the engine within the normal operating

temperature range. The cooling system primarily consists of the water pump, fan, expansion

water tank, water tank and thermostat.

7.1.2 Cooling System Disassembly Procedure

Remove the water tank.

Remove the fan.

Remove the belt.

Remove the generator and other auxiliary parts.

Remove the thermostat.

Remove the water pump.
