Wiring to the PC or the
chart plotter faulty
This can be checked
with a PC and the
"Hyperterminal
software" of
Windows. You find
the Hyperterminal SW
under
/Programs/Accessories/
Communication/.
Connect the easyAIS-IS
by means of the USB-
cable. Please configure
the port and the cable
as described under
topic. "Connection to
the PC/Notebook and
settings". Each time
the easyAIS-IS is
switched on, it is
emitting a message. If
you are able to receive
this message via
Hyperterminal, the
wiring works well.
