6 Troubleshooting
This section of the document describes possible problems encountered when
using the Fastrack modem and their solutions.

6.1 No connection with the modem through the serial link
If the Fastrack modem does not answer through the serial link, refer to the
table below for possible causes and solutions.

Close the application
(e.g. mouse or printer driver).
