Step 1
Determine desired location to drill a hole for the faucet on your sink.
Step 2
Using a variable speed drill on the slowest speed, drill a

" hole for the faucet. Use water to keep the drill bit
cool while drilling. (If the drill bit gets hot it may cause the porcelain to crack or chip).
Step 3
Place the escutcheon chrome plate and the black rubber washer on the faucet shank. (Parts found in faucet
parts bag).
Step 5
From the underside of the sink slide on the locating washer, lock washer and brass nut onto the shank. Check orien-
tation of faucet then tighten brass nut securely.
Installation of Faucet
Caution: Porcelain sink surface material is extremely hard and may crack or chip. Use extreme caution when drilling.
