4  Function

The mixer valve (3) on the control station is controlled via 
a thermostat head (2) with capillary tube and sensor ele-
ment on the heating circuit supply (A). Deviations from the 
set value immediately cause a valve stroke change, there-
by changing the quantity of hot water injected from the boiler 
circuit accordingly. The water injected mixes with the return 
water from the heating circuit and thus keeps the flow tem-
perature constant within a narrow range. The actual value 
can be checked on the thermometer (5). Check valve (6) pre-
vents a short-circuit of the primary circuit

The temperature limiter (8) switches off the circulating  pump  
(1), when the supply temperature is exceeded, thus prevent-
ing the panel heating system from overheating.
