VII - ALARMS AND ANOMALIES
Alarms
The system can issue one or more alarms to notify the user of possible malfunctions.
Below is a table of alarms and corrective actions:
Anomaly table
We recommend that you check carefully that the anomaly is coming from the
device.
Valve fault
Communication problem with the actuator, check that cable
C (red) is connected.
Mixed water probe fault
Problem reading the mixed water probe value, check the
E cable connection (green) on the actuator.
Loopback probe fault
Problem reading the loopback probe value, check the D cable
connection (blue) on the e-ULTRAMIX
®
Cartridge alarm
Replace the e-Cartridge and reset the replacement timer in the
“Cartridge alarm” menu.

Corrective action
The water is not running
at the right temperature
- Check that there is water on both inlets, that the piping is
connected.
- Has the temperature setting been completed correctly?
The mixed water is
flowing, but not enough
- Hot or cold water production is insufficient.
- The cold water pressure is > than the hot water pressure.
- Filter blocked or clogged.
When commissioning a
new appliance, the water
is arriving either not or cold
- The water inlets are reversed, order a reversed e-Cartridge.
- Repeat the calibration.
- Make sure that the hot water inlet temperature is > than the
configured temperature.
The mixed water tempera-
ture is not = to the
temperature set on the
system
The mixed water is not
flowing from the device
- One of the water inlets is not operational.
The mixed water arrives in
bursts and the flow is low,
except at the limit tempe-
ratures
- Hot or cold water flow is insufficient.
- Check the cleanliness of the cartridge filters.
