NAVIGATION SENSOR
NAVIGATION SENSOR SYSTEM ( OPTIONAL )
A Navigation Sensor is available as an optional accessory for the Geo Spot 65lb
GPS motor. If installed, the Navigation Sensor adds a JOG function; this allows
the GPS lock position to be moved in increments of 1.5m in the direction
of the arrow pointer button(s) on the remote that you press. This feature is
very useful as it means you do not need to exit Anchor mode and navigate to
another point to reset your new position – you simply jump to a new position
1.5 metres in the direction that you choose, and the motor will hold you there.
In operation, this improves the overall function and experience with the motor.
If you have purchased a Navigation Sensor it can be fitted to one of the two
leads coming from the motor bracket. To fit the Navigation Sensor, screw the
cap from one of the leads and attach the lead from the foot control to one of
the leads coming from the bracket until it is fitted well. The alternate lead is
available for fitting a Foot Pedal Controller if so desired.
